Within 4 weeks of working at my first physical therapy clinic in 2012, I had a deep knowing that this wasn’t it and it wasn’t what I signed up for: treating only where the pain is and nowhere else, having insurance companies dictate how many sessions a patient receives, being limited on the amount of time I get to work with a patient before needing to see the next one, patients’ powers being taken away with healing themselves, and me being restricted on using my intuition because it wasn’t written on the doctor’s prescription.

I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico into a family line of healers, shamans, and medicine men and women. And it was my parents, now retired medical physicians, who influenced me to empower people to heal and live their best life. It’s in my DNA. And I allow myself to be guided by my ancestors so that I can unlock my power within and share the wisdom and medicine of my life’s journey.  

I went to physical therapy school because at the age of 16 I had surgery on my left leg and struggled with health issues and chronic back pain soon after. I knew I wanted to learn more so that I can solve the mystery of my own body and support others with theirs. So, I dedicated my life to figuring it out so that no one else struggles with their body too.

Working as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in a clinic placed me in a box that restricted me from having the freedom to support a person as a whole human being (mind, body, heart, and spirit). So, I broke through the box and went solo in 2016. And since, I’ve evolved into a woman who’s discovered her truth by liberating myself from pain, traumas, and limiting beliefs so that I can empower you to heal and live your best life too. I’m passionate about going beyond the physical, because, the truth is, we are electrical energetic beings and to not acknowledge that we are, is a disservice.
